YOGA

Yoga is a comprehensive science and the Mother of all natural sciences.  It is the holistic discipline of conscious living and is intended to be incorporated in daily life. It works on all aspects of the person. On the practical level, yoga brings about balance and harmony through the journey of un-burdening and the journey of self-discovery. It aims at bringing the different bodily functions into perfect coordination so that they work together for the good of the whole body.

The discipline of Hatha Yoga brings forth a realization of the state of being-ness, evolution and oneness and thus addresses the physical, mental and emotional bodies. The starting point is to cultivate a daily self-care practice. The modules offered through our programmes include easy-to-follow techniques which can be safely practised individually at home or at the office to release tension and re-energize all systems.

Minimizing mental and emotional fluctuations is key to sustain well-being and the natural process of life. Scientific research has shown that yoga practice, mainly asana (exercise practice), pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditation has improved the life of cancer patients, helped children with ADHD, and alleviated stress and anxiety. Health, concentration, and balance are guaranteed results for practitioners, and this ultimately brings about a state of steadiness and ease.
